Nightshift

It's getting pretty late this evening--much too late for a song of the day.  I thought I would pick something with the word "night" in the title, and there are many good songs from which to choose.  I thought about "Nightshift" by the Commodores, which is a beautiful, timeless song.  It's soulful, rich vocals and beautiful harmonies make it the perfect song for many occasions.  Although the Commodores were popular long before the 1980s, I think this song ads to the rich collection of musical genres we heard in the 80s - pop, rock, R&B, rap - and the list goes on.  Hope you enjoy this beautiful tune.
